Review of the current Private Pension Plan
Review of the existing Private Pension Plan, seeking alignment with any changes in the HR strategy, applying the most modern and best market practices.
The scheme review will enable the client to decide whether it is necessary to maintain the current Plan or develop a new one, which may lead to paths such as:
- Modernization of the current plan
- Migration to another pension scheme
- Migration to another plan model
- New plan model with alternative schemes
If the client chooses to develop a new plan, SD3 can support them through the Development of a new Private Pension Plan.
If the client chooses to maintain the current plan, SD3 can support them through Management Process Maintenance.
